Gotta Love that Boy

I wanted to share a few photos of Hudson taken over the last few days. I just love his little face. I am so blessed God gave him to Josh & myself. He is sweet and stubborn all at the same time. He is all boy but likes to help Mommy in the kitchen and while I clean (whenever I get to that)!! Thank you Hudson for being You!! You give my life so much meaning.

Yabba Dabba Doo Halloween

This year was a Yabba Dabba Doo Halloween. Our friends Brett & Nikki asked us if we wanted to dress up as a group this year. I didn't hesitate in saying, "YES". I had to pressure Josh into doing it and we had so much fun. Nikki really wanted to dress baby Faith as Pebbles and they thought we would be the perfect Rubbles!! Thanks goes out to Brett's Mom for making all the costumes. We went to our church's trunk or treat that night. I don't know if the small kids knew who we were trying to be but the adults loved it. Thanks to Hudson's grandparents who came to share in this fun time with him. I can't wait to see what he'll want to dress up as next year!!

Fun at the Pumpkin Patch

This past Saturday we went to a pumpkin patch at Pleasant Valley Farms in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Josh's brother, Austin (aka Bub) and his wife, Rebecca, hosted a pumpkin patch party there. Fun times were had by all, as you can see in the following pictures. My parents were invited, so they rode with us to Oklahoma. I feel so blessed to have been able to spend Saturday with so many wonderful people!! Hudson had so much fun, too. Hudson just loves being outside. He loved all the pumpkins, attention, and cheetos :-)

Hudson getting some more cheetos. He was so cute, because he

would only get 1 at a time.

What a goofy group!!

I love my boys :-)

Family in Need

I first want to thank those of you who have come to the blog to read about a way in which you might be able to help a young family in need. I heard about this family from a lady at my church yesterday. I do not know them personally or know their story. I just know that they need the help of anyone who is able.
This is a young couple with 3 children and a baby due in October. The mother feels very overwhelmed and I can only imagine. I feel overwhelmed at times with just 1 :-) Like I said earlier they already have 3 children.....1 year old boy, 4 year old boy, and a 9 year old girl. I am going to list below some items that they need help with along with the children's sizes. If you are able to help please either email me at courtney_leigh_landreth@yahoo.com or call me at (479) 409-4284. I will even pick up the items from your house. I was told that they do not care if items are new or used. I know they would be so appreciative of any help. I don't want to sound preachy (spelling??) but I do feel that as believers we are called to help those in need. You might be filling another need for someone else, and I think that is wonderful. I just ask that you look in your everyday life because there is probably someone that needs your help. It might not even be help of monetary value but maybe just your time. So, thanks for your time!! Love ya, Court

Safari & Jumpzone Fun

Over the last week, we have had fun at two local places, The Wildlife Safari & Jumpzone. Hudson had never been to the Wildlife Safari, so on Labor Day Josh and I took him. Two of his favorite things are the outdoors and animals, so this was perfect for Hudson. We want Hudson to know that we want to experience all these new fun adventures with him.
Later in the post you will see pics from the Jumpzone. The Jumpzone has numerous inflatable slides and bouncy houses. Hudson has been before and the more he goes the more fun he has. Hudson and his cousin Carter are quite the pair. They are big buddies and were just hanging/jumping out at the Jumpzone!! I'm lucky to have my sis and her boys so close to us!!

Wildlife Safari
Hello Mr. Yak!!

Josh & I just laughed at the photo. The poor wolf is wanting to eat those deer so bad. The look in his eyes just tell it all.....so close yet so far away!!

Off to see the next animal.

Riding the Gorilla

Hudson liked the baby goat the best.

Feeding the pig some bread!!

This goat got a little too close for Hudson!!
